Landscape

The property sits at the top of a hill, 350 meters (about 1,150 feet) above sea level. It is surrounded by tall, ancient trees which hide it from the road for natural, relaxing privacy, and is accessible by a 400 meter (about 1,312 foot) long driveway. (see the photo gallery)

The estate adjoins an extensive state-owned park which includes a horseback riding center open to the public just a few kilometers away by public road.

Geographically, the village is located in the border area between Umbria, Tuscany and Latium, a location right at the heart of Italian classical culture, amidst green hills and ancient volcanic lakes.
