WineCountry.it Gold Medal

Welcome to Volume 2, Number 2 of Wine News, the e-letter from the WineCountry.IT network.

This month we publish the second column "The Chef's Corner", featuring a series of interviews by Daniele Bondi, presented by the School for Restaurant and Hotel Management of Serramazzoni, Italy. Whereas January's interview focused on typical products from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, during February meeting Chef Davide Dalloco tells us about organic products and presents our readers with another zesty recipe, "Grilled vegetable millefuille with cheese mousse".

In the meantime, the popularity of our web sites, both English and Italian, continue to grow. In fact, WineCountry.IT (bilingual), ItalianWineHub.com (English), ItalianWineLabels.com (English), ABCVino.com (Italian), and VinoItalianoClub.com (Italian) are becoming more and more a popular destination among Italian wine and food buffs and professionals worldwide, showing a double-digit growth month after month. Our online database is becoming the ideal online repository to register one's company, as wine importers, exporters, producers, merchants, collectors, wine bar managers and travelers to Italy visit our sites more and more frequently.

As usual, this issue of Wine News features articles of interest to both professionals and lovers of Italian food, wine and culture. We complete the e-letter with important dates to remember over the next 30 days. The complete articles listed below are published in English on WineCountry.IT, Italian Wine Hub and Italian Wine Labels, and in Italian in a separate section of WineCountry.IT and on vinoitalianoclub.com and ABCvino.com.

January's Company of the Month is the "Guardianship Consortium for the Lessini-Durello DOC Wines".

The staff of WineCountry.IT network wishes all our subscribers happy reading!
