The Founders
  The founders, Marco Sartor and Donatella de Marco.

Quality Bio is located near Udine, in Friuli - Venezia Giulia, between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea.

Quality Bio’s production began in 1996, thanks to the idea of Marco Sartor and Donatella De Marco who developed organic recipes for baked goods.

Quality Bio opened as a small pastry shop, but in September of 1998 moved to a new, bigger location and invested in technologies and machines in order to satisfy the increasing demand.

Today there are ten employees, all qualified in artisanal pastry. Quality Bio is now able to satisfy high production requests, and at the same time offer the quality and flexibility of homemade-style production.

The guidelines of this firm are to manufacture a good, tasty product (because pastry and cakes are supposed to satisfy our taste), and at the same time a natural and healthy product.
