Salon del Vino de Madrid 2004

The fifth Salón del Vino de Madrid, or "Madrid International Wine Trade Show, is the only Spanish fair dedicated to international wine producers and is reserved for professionals in the wine field.
The 2003 annual event registered the participation of 30,000 visitors and 280 wine producers from various country including Germany, France, Italy and Portugal among others.
Though Spain is the third wine producer in the world, the import of foreign wines is on a growing trend that reached a volume of Euro 38,227974 in 2002 the 2003 data are not in yet).
The 2004 Salón del Vino de Madrid 2004 organizes am Italian Collective exhibition as well as a special wine tasting event dedicated to italian wines. All Italian producers interested in selling their wines on the Spanish market are invited to contact the Italian fair representative for admission or to receive more information. The fair organizers (Emporio Ferial SA), guarantee a wide and far-reaching advertising campaign promoting the event throughout Spain, including printed ads on trade magazines and widely read newspapers, as well as TV and radio advertisement.
