From Friday, December 10, to Sunday December 12, 2010, the Centro Esposizioni di Lugano (Lugano Exhibition Center) will host the fourth annual of PIŁGUSTO (MOREFLAVOR), the trade show held in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland dedicated to excellent wine and food products from around the world.

Each year, the Italian Swiss event offers the opportunity to taste artisanal food items from around the world, prepared according to ancient traditions. This year the fair will take place just a short walk from downtown, at the Centro Esposizioni di Lugano, from the 10th to the 12th of December 2010.
Hundreds of local and international enterprises will have the opportunity to present and sell their products directly at the show. The trade show addresses the large group of consumers who comes from around Switzerland, as well as from nearby northern regions of Italy for the occasion. Thanks to the free entrance, each year around 40,000 gourmands will visit the show in search of delicacies and tasty morsels of any kind.

However, PIŁGUSTO it is not dedicated to consumers exclusively, in fact, thanks to the precious collaboration of the most important trade associations, such as Gastro Ticino, the largest association for retailers in the Canton Ticino region of Switzerland, and the Hotelleriesuisse Ticino, association of hotel entrepreneurs of the the Canton Ticino, exhibitors will meet retailers, restauranteurs, hotel owners and mangers, and other professionals in the wine and food industry. In addition, thanks to the one-to-one meetings set up by the organizers, the participating producers will meet professional buyers from Switzerland and abroad by appointment.
Following a pre-arranged path, visitors will meet the artisanal producers, agricultural cooperatives, consortiums family run businesses, tasting the various traditional products. In addition, thanks to the Atelier del Gusto (Flavor Atelier) it is possible to participate in guided tastings. Competitions and various kinds of entertainment will animate the three days dedicated to PIŁGUSTO.
