In collaboration with the director of the Australian institute, Sakkie Pretorius, the Italian educators have prepared a unique, original program which offers full immersion into the innovative viticultural and enological research down under. The goal of the course is to allow participants to interact directly with some of the most appreciated industry researchers in the whole world, discuss details of real-life production problems, and receive precise advice from the sector leaders.
In addition, the weekly training includes focused visits to vineyards and cellars which have applied the innovations promoted by the institute, and swapping of experiences with colleagues who have tried and will attest to the practical application of the new ideas and technology.
This is a unique, must-take opportunity for all high profile technicians who want a complete, exhaustive update on some of the most important aspects of modern viticulture and enology.
