Cesanese Wine Facets – Three appointments to get to know Cesanese wine

The 2003 harvest gave us various types of Cesanese wines, in parcels that go from several tons to just a few gallons.

Vigneti Massimi Berucci, a commercial farm whose history is intertwined with the Cesanese wine's own story, invites wine lover to get to know these various types of Cesanese as they are at this stage of evolution, then follow them through time as they mature. Production data for each wine parcel are available, so we can compare the characteristics given by different production areas, as profs. Bottini wrote about the Cesanese back in 1940. The "testimoni", or containers from which we do the actual tasting, for each kind of wine will be sealed, to be reopened only at each subsequent meeting, evaluating the evolution made by each parcel in two months.

We meet May 18 - July 18 - September 18, 2004 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at Casa Massimi - Via Maggiore, 121 - Piglio, Frosinone, Italy

At the end of the event, to close the evening, there will be delicious food to everyone's satisfaction.
