Wednesday and Thursday, June 3 and 4, 2009, from 6:00 to 11 PM, at Battipaglia's La Fabbrica dei Sapori (The Flavor Factory) – an ancient preserve factory remodeled and transformed into a multi-function center, with spaces dedicated to promoting and teaching people how to use local typical and traditional food products – the second annual "Coda di Volpe e Voglia di Asprinio Wine Festival (Fox Tail Grape and Desire for Asprinio Grape Wine Festival), an event focusing on one of the most widespread native vines in the Campania region, the Coda di Volpe, with a section dedicated at the white native wine Asprinio, from Aversa.

Entry to the events and tasting are free.
Participation on each guided tasting is limited to a maximum of 25 people.
Participation on the chef's tasting of food and wine pairings must be reserved in advance.

The Asprinio from Aversa, moderated by Marco Ricciardi, delegate AIS for Caserta - 8:30PM – Presentation to the press of I Giorni del Lacryma Christi (The Days of the Lacryma Christi), second wine competition 'Amodio Pesce', which will take place at the Palazzo Mediceo in Ottaviano from September 11 to September 13, 2009.
