From Tuesday, May 12, to Thursday, May 14, 2009, the London International Wine Fair (LIWF) takes place.
With around 1,300 exhibitors and 25,000 wines, the LIWF brings samples from the entire world of wine to London for three days of information, discovery and business. This is in fact strictly a trade only, free event, with air conditioned halls to make it a perfect environment for conducting business.
For British importers, merchants, producers, agents, restaurateurs, wholesalers, sommeliers, in fact everyone whose work brings them in direct contact with wine and spirits, there's no other event which offers the same opportunity to taste, meet suppliers and winemakers, and close business deals.
