Arezzo Wine 2009 will take place from February 28 to March 2, 2009, at the Centro Affari e Convegni (Business and Convention Center) in Arezzo, Italy. Arezzo Wine 2009 is the second biennial wine trade show held in the Tuscan town of Arezzo, the first event having taken place in 2007.

The trade show will expand over 7,000 square meters (over 75 thousand square feet) at the Chimera Hall, which is the the main space within Arezzo's Business and Convention Center. Thanks to its location, not far from the A1 highway exit and near downtown Arezzo, the Center is easily reached from various parts of Italy.
The exhibition wine estates have the opportunity to sign up for one-on-one meetings with the participating international buyers, who arrive from various European and non European countries, including among others Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Rumania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Russia, US, England, Germany, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Korea and Israel.
In addition to foreign importers, Arezzo Wine 2009 attracts numerous Italian wine and food professionals, including restauranteurs, wholesalers, distributors, wine bars, HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) groups, as well as buyers for chain stores and large distribution.
Entry is free for all accredited wine and food professionals. Monday, March 2, 2009 will be dedicated to businesses only and the general public will not be admitted, while members of the AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier, or Italian Association of Sommeliers), FISAR (Federazione Italiana Sommelier, Albergatori e Ristoratori, or Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers, and Restauranteurs), FIC (Federazione Italian Cuochi, or Italian Federation of Chefs) and associates of the various Strade del Vino (Wine Roads).
