Passion for wine and effective business: this blend is offered by the International Wine and Spirits Exhibition, the largest event in the world dedicated to this sector, where trade takes place in an elegant and glamorous atmosphere. All the exhibitors participating in the 2007 edition have confirmed their attendance at the 42nd Vinitaly, which will take place in Verona from Thursday, April 3, to Monday, April 7, 2008.
The 42nd Vinitaly offers an environment which blends business with glamour, in an event which is appreciated more and more by exhibitors, buyers, and trade professionals.
In 2007, the largest trade show of its kind in the whole world welcomed 145,000 trade visitors, 38,000 of whom were foreigner from 101 countries, marking a 15% increase compared to 2006. Part of the appeal to foreign buyers stemmed from the Vinitaly World Tour which visits some of the most interesting international markets such as the US, China, Japan, India and Russia.
This year's exhibitor list includes about 4,300 companies from 32 countries, and the confirmation from all 2007 exhibitors certifies the producer's appreciation for this event.
