Day 19, Thursday, March 4
In the morning we visit with my mom, then at around 12:30 we meet with Rodolfo Posenato, of Azienda Vitivinicola F. Posenato, and Alessandro Angelini, of Angelini Consulting, with whom we have a business lunch at La Griglia, which by now is our working lunch restaurant of choice, on the main town square.

... a few years back, however neither Brigit nor the porticos have changed much ...
After lunch we go back to the frescoed apartment and pack for the last time for the trip back home. Throughout the day I have been gargling and drinking Ivano's sore throat remedy and am feeling a lot better.
Later in the afternoon we go back to my mom's where we prepare a simple dinner consisting of mixed green salad, pasta with vegetable sauce prepared from scratch, sliced prosciutto and cheese. For wine I open a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG by Centille di Sopra wine estate.
I close the dinner with a shot of Nocino, my favorite walnut based liqueur.
