Enrollment for beginning and advanced courses in Wine and Food Tourism is n ow open. The course is organized by the Università degli Studi di Ferrara (Ferrara University) and starts at the beginning of November.
The classes include participation of some important and well known VIP of the Italian wine and food scene, including Chef Igles Corelli.
The whole course is online, with the exception of a few lab tests which will be arranged on campus, thus making it easier for anyone with an Internet connection. It's ideal for working students and those who live in other places.
Those interested in continuing their studies and obtaining a degree in Cultural Tourism will accrue credits.
Those who are already employed in the tourist, hotel, culture or wine and food industries, and wish to continue after this course, have the opportunity to get both their professional and educational credits.
The course was instituted according to Art. 16 of Presidential Decree 162/1982, and Art. 6 of Law 341/1990, paragraph 2C.
