The Novello wine introduces the Fall season:
New Appointment for Italian Wineries

 Following the success of the 2004 event, a few wineries from the Trentino region of Italy devided to participate in the national day 'Novello in Cantina', or 'New Wine at the Winery'. The celebration of this type of extremely young wine whch, because of its freshness and easy drinkability appears to be a favorite with the younger adults, was launched last year by Movimento Turismo del Vino (Movement for Wine Tourism), the organization that in the past has started great eno-tourism events that are rapidly becoming part of the Italian way of life, such as the 'Cantine Aperte' (Open Wineries) weekends.
This year the 'Novello in Cantina' day is November 6, 2005 and, in collaboration with the magazine Civiltà del Bere (Drinking Lifestyle) and the Eighteenth Vicenza Salone Nazionale del Vino Novello, or 'Novello Wine National Salon', from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM three Trentino wineries located in the Rotaliana Valley, open their doors to the event. The wineries are Azienda Vitivinicola Endrizzi from San Michele all'Adige, Azienda Vitivinicola Gaierhof from Roverè della Luna, and Cantina La Vis and Valle di Cembra, from Lavis.
The event offers the unique opportunity of full immersion in the Trentino autumn and leiseruly visit to three wine making facilities that, in addition to pouring their freshly made Novello wines, offer informational tours of the wineries and strolls in the vineyards surrounded by fairy tale panoramas dominated by the warm, brilliant colors of Fall.
